Safe Lists

What are Safelists?

Safe lists are websites such as List Jumper are sites that allow Internet marketers to send advertisements to a group of like thinking  members. The majority of sites are a double opt-in list builders where you will receieve messages from other members in exchange to send your own email messages.

The best of type of safelist to join are safelist that allow you to earn credits by clicking on the links of other memebers so you can earn credits to send out your email messages to other memebers.  Most safelists allows your to upgrade your memebership so that you can earn more credits per clicks on links and/or the ability to personalize the messages to the members.

The best practices you should use with safelist are the following:

Write emails that are short emails due to the person time is very limited and they will only scan emails and subject lines. You will need to draw the reader into the email with a subject that will peak the reader intrest that will get them to open the email. The next step after that have them perform some form of action once they open the email.

The link for the reader to click on in the message should l lead to a lead capture page or squeeze page to capture their name and email address to convert to your own list/product list marketing efforts.

In the next few months I will go over many different safelist that I use. Until…

Traffic Exchanges

What are Traffic Exchanges?

Traffic Exchanges are websites that show in a rotation membership websites. How most traffic exchanges work is you earn credits by viewing other member sites  in return you would spend credits to have your websites be shown in rotation.

Depending on the traffic exchange  it will require a certain number of sites websites viewed  to one credit to your websites in rotation. This is referred to as a Surf Ratio and is usually expressed as number of credits to your sites to number of websites to be reviewed.  It is most commonly expressed as a ratio such as 2:1 or 3:5 or so on.

How should you surf traffic exchanges?

You should surf traffic exchanges in multiple traffic exchanges at once, the purpose being to get as many credits in as many traffic exchanges at one time. As a general rule you should surf a min of 100 sites per traffic exchange you a member of to effectively show your sites enough times in the traffic exchange. There are two course that I have been part of that explain this concept further.  They are RobNetworkers and Moneylegs‘  Course number 8 “Traffic and Leads”.  Both of them show them how to set up your surfing groups and how to schedule them to get maximum effort.

In the coming weeks I will give you the  common traffic exchanges I use to bring traffic to my sites.

Faliure is Not An Option

“Failure Is NOT AN Option”

Most people will recognize that famous line from the movie Apollo 13, what does that exactly mean to me?

To me it means that no matter what you try to do you should never give up on your dreams or a project just because you have hit a road block in to the completion of it.  There are examples of this thru history such as Thomas Edison pursuit of creating the simple  incandescent light bulb or Henry Ford’s desire to have his engineers create an 8 Cylinder Block Engine.  It is possible that they could had just given up when the road is became rough or seem impossible,  however history has shown that they didn’t give up and they achieved their goals no matter how long it took them.

Even today, people like myself and you my readers may be told that what you are doing is taking to long or will never work or worst you are just playing on the computer. You will just have to remember as long as your continue to work thru the problems and find solutions to the problems that crop up as you go along you can never fail just need to find another solution to another problem.

Never Give Up!

Lauch Date Possible Moved.

Hello Everyone,

Due to a minor issue that is going on we may move the launch date back to no later then May 5, 2008. We are still expecting to launch on May 2, 2008 as is however things may not be fixed by then. This is only a minor setback and  not something we at this time feel canceling the launch altogether is needed. We will launch between May 2 and May 5 keep an eye out on the announcement coming.

We have decided that within the next 10 days (May 2, 2008) we will be launching our product again with what information setup we have currently rather then waiting for it to be perfect. We will still continue well pass the launch date fixing things and changing things, however We feel should not keep everyone held up on this products launch.
